At Koren Jerusalem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Send the package back to our Jerusalem studio using a trackable shipping service or drop it off at one of our designated collection points.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
